Prenatal Care
Often, in a clinical setting, there is simply not enough time to have all your questions answered. Your provider may not be familiar with holistic approaches to self-care, such as nutritional support, supplements, or yoga postures to help with common discomforts of pregnancy.
Postnatal Care
The weeks after birth are such an important time of healing and growth – and yet, this is the most neglected period within the standard medical model. Most hospital-based providers offer a single 6-week postpartum appointment, but the first days and weeks after giving birth are vitally important for successful infant feeding, bonding, and the physical and emotional transition to life with a new baby.

Monica (she/her) has more than 28 years of experience attending births and working with families in the childbearing year. She loves helping people discover their own strengths, develop self-compassion, and tune in to the wisdom of their own bodies and intuition.
Kimberly Hendricks - Certified Doula and Lactation Counselor, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Teacher

Comprehensive post-birth midwifery care and lactation support with Monica & Kimberly, postpartum care kit from Grace

Four 60-min. in-home postnatal appointments with Monica & Kimberly in the first 6 weeks after birth
Infant feeding support (help for issues like: sore nipples, milk supply, latch and sucking, etc.)
Well-baby checks (infant weight, umbilical cord care, developmental milestones, etc.)
Well-parent checks (blood pressure, bleeding assessments, and wound care if applicable)

As soon as possible! During pregnancy is the ideal time to reserve your postnatal care.

Not at this time. We can provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, but we cannot guarantee that your plan will reimburse.

When you book this service, we request an initial deposit to reserve your space on our calendar. The remainder of the package cost is due on the day of your first home visit.
